Join us for our inaugural workshop event! Learn the importance of leadership and understanding differences to better refine your own unique brand and how to use it.
Workshop will include a brand building exercise where you will create your current authentic brand and develop individual plans on where and how you can use this important tool.
Stoller President & CEO Gary Mortensen, will present his unique perspective on leadership and how he incorporates it into Stoller Wine Group’s 200-Year Vision. The session concludes with a wine reception for greater connection with your peers.

Each workshop is 3.5 hours, designed to give you focused, in-depth learning without taking up your entire day.

Workshops are held at various locations between Portland and the Willamette Valley, making them accessible to wine and beverage professionals across the region. Specific venues are announced when each workshop is scheduled—we choose inspiring spaces that encourage connection and learning.

Workshops are $125 per person. This includes all workshop materials, light refreshments, and access to a community of Oregon wine and beverage industry leaders.

You can absolutely attend just one workshop! Each quarterly workshop focuses on a different leadership topic and stands alone—you'll gain valuable skills and insights whether you attend one or all of them. That said, many participants find that attending multiple workshops throughout the year creates momentum in their leadership development and deepens their connections within the Full Glass community.

This includes assistant winemakers, tasting room managers, sales directors, operations leads, hospitality managers, and anyone stepping into or aspiring to leadership roles. You don't need years of management experience—just a willingness to develop your leadership skills and grow alongside peers facing similar challenges.

While many participants work in wineries, our workshops also serve professionals from breweries, distilleries, cideries, wine sales and distribution, hospitality, and related beverage industry businesses. The leadership skills we develop—communication, decision-making, team dynamics, navigating change—are universal across the industry. You'll find value in both the content and the connections, regardless of your specific role or company.
