Each of these is a separate and unique program. Workshops are stand-alone events that happen quarterly, 1:1 coaching is an additional service that is offered, and The Collective is a group that meets weekly for six weeks and will include workshops and coaching.
Think of it this way: Workshops are skill-focused learning events. Coaching is personalized development. The Collective is immersive transformation with a cohort of peers.
